Introduction At Ionix Labs, we stand behind the science and quality of our technology. We are confident that the Ionix Protocol will transform your daily hydration and energy levels. However, we want you to feel 100% comfortable with your investment.
1. The Ionix 90-Day "Risk-Free" Guarantee
We offer a 90-day satisfaction guarantee on all Ionix Hydrogen Generators. We recommend using the device consistently for at least 30 days to allow your body to adapt to the increased hydrogen intake and cellular hydration.
If you are not completely satisfied with your results after this period, you may initiate a return request.
- Condition: The device must be in like-new condition with all original packaging and accessories.
- Window: You have 90 days from the date of delivery to contact us.
2. 1-Year Manufacturer Warranty
Your Ionix device is covered by a comprehensive 1-Year Warranty against manufacturing defects.
- What is covered: Internal battery failure, electrolysis malfunction (no bubbles/blue light), and sensor defects.
- What is NOT covered: Accidental damage (drops), water damage to the charging port due to improper sealing, or normal wear and tear.
If your device is found to be defective, we will ship a brand new replacement unit immediately, free of charge. You do not need to return the defective unit in this case (video proof required).
3. How to Initiate a Return or Warranty Claim
To start a return or claim, please contact our support team at support@getionix.com.
Please include the following in your email:

Reason for return.

Video Proof: A short video showing the issue (for warranty claims) or the condition of the product (for returns).
Note: Do not return any items to the address on the package. Our logistics team will provide you with the correct US-based return facility address once your request is approved.
4. Shipping Costs & Refunds
- Defective Products: We cover 100% of the shipping costs for replacements.
- Change of Mind / Satisfaction: Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs to our US facility. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days.
